For us, the customer always comes first. We pride ourselves on giving great customer service right from the moment when you first reach out to us. Often we will be out to you within the day to fix your plumbing, gas plumbing or drainage issue. If that’s not possible or you would prefer a particular timeslot or day (e.g. Monday from 1pm-4pm), we will do our best to arrange that. Our plumbers always arrive when they say they will so you can get on with your day and aren’t stuck waiting around for us. We understand it can be awkward to juggle things so we will never miss an appointment.

If for any reason you’re not happy with the work carried out, we will make it our mission to rectify that as quickly as possible.
